From the cleaners, to the care staff, to the leadership, every person knew her name and showed her kindness and good care. I am so grateful to know how good she was treated. I am beyond impressed with the Regency at Bluffs Park. We have never had a family member at a skilled nursing facility so we weren’t sure what to expect. My family member was there for 10 days following a 2 week hospital stay. Here were the highlights - amazing PT/OT. They had my family member motivated and they gained considerable strength back before they went home. -the nurses were highly skilled. I am beyond impressed with the Regency at Bluffs Park. We have never had a family member at a skilled nursing facility so we weren’t sure what to expect. My family member was there for 10 days following a 2 week hospital stay. Here were the highlights - amazing PT/OT. They had my family member motivated and they gained considerable strength back before they went home. -the nurses were highly skilled. They had a specific wound care nurse that helped a lot. -the activities were super cute! -all the staff members were so nice. They were very helpful. I am so grateful for the social worker. She really helped navigate insurance and home health after my family member was discharged. -the administer was so kind and took care of our family. We are so thankful for this good experience!
I like this place for rehab for my husband. Sometimes response rate can be slow. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I just want to say my experience here was awesome. Very friendly staff all around. Would like to mention Erica the chef and the nutritionist for working diligently on my special diet. Also like to give shout out to nursing, cleaning, laundry. My OT Betty is the best, she kicked my a**. PT also built up my strength. Lastly to the lady in pink 🩷. Thank you all and God bless. My story is long I have been through a lot health wise. Hospitalized and sent to rehab centers In and out for 25 years I have been to other rehab centers and regency at bluff park is by far a great establishment The staff and administration treats you with respect. They take notice of you as an individual and they make you comfortable while you are away from home. From nursing dietary and therapy. The therapist here work with you and give you 100 💯 percent. Even when they are held to insurance constraints. The nurses dietary make sure your medical needs are met and they are wonderful you never feel you are a burden even though they have more patients Regency you should appreciate your staff. The housekeeping laundry. And maintenance department which held together by a couple remarkable men. All the staff I have encountered administration included are to be commended Thank you all I appreciate everything you all do for me and I keep you in high regard Deborah Garland
My grandmother needed care and the staff was incredible. Special thanks to the direct care, CNAs, RNs, OTs, PTs and the front receptionist, though I never got her name. Mathide, Jennifer, Catherine, Katherine, Carlos, Brent, Glenda, Malcolm, Betty, Swetha, Camilla, Alyssa, and others were kind, patient and professional. Thank you from Ama and the family!
