Regency at Grand Blanc

Over the years I have been to The Regancy to visit friends that were there for Short Term Rehab and for my Elderly Neighbor that spent his final days there, the Nurses, Doctors and Staff were REMARKABLE, HELPFUL and COURTEOUS! Also over the past 5 or 6 years I have been called by the Activity Directors to Perform a Family Friendly Comedy Magic Show for the Residents and their Family Members if they were present. I have watched the Activities Staff as they brought the Residents into the Performance area, how they interact with the Residents and how they manage the residents after the Performances. The Activities Staff is ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL! They are VERY PROFESSIONAL and VERY KIND to the Residents and to the Performers as well. They are Constantly Up Beat, Energetic and Very Courteous. It Truly takes a Special kind of Person to be able to be in their position of caring for others. I know how I feel performing for all the Special Residents and it is Truly a Pleasure interacting them and see the Smiles and hear the Laughter during the performances. At times I need Audience members to help and Staff are More then Willing to Step In (even the Shy Caregivers ha ha). Erynn and Debra and the Entire Staff from the Activities Department should be Commended for their Outstanding Professionalism, their Caring Attitude and Commitment to The Regancy at Grand Blanc, the Residents and Community. The team at Regency is truly top-notch. My mother initially came here for rehabilitation, and the physical therapy team did an excellent job helping her regain her strength. Due to several circumstances, she ultimately transitioned to long-term care, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care she receives. The staff is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to the residents' well-being. There are also many enjoyable group activities available for those who wish to participate, including a morning exercise class that residents look forward to. I am extremely grateful for the care and support my mother receives at Regency and would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking rehabilitation or long-term care.

I spent approximately 3 weeks under their care,and I can't say enough good things about the care I received! From kristi Breen and her wonderful team of nurses I rate far and above excellent care! The cuisine was exceptional! I felt i was at home!Thank you all for the exceptional care I received! Extra effort from Steven hall,Kristi Breen,Deanna,and Jennifer from overnight was above and beyond quality service i highly recommend Regency if anyone is in need of their skilled care,I can not say enough high praise!
