3.9 · 214 reviewsAs a Hospice Chaplain I'm in just about every facility. Regency's team is fantastic, especifically our patients CNA, Augusta. Would definitely recommend them. Scott the Administrator had been great to work with as well.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES!!! Absolutely unprofessional and neglectful to their patients! Their attitudes and their lack of compassion for the elderly is very concerning. I had a loved one here for not even a month and they had her room filled with dead bugs; non edible food; blood on the curtains; dirty bathrooms; staff who would be disrespectful if asked for help; and my loved one covered in human waste when sent to the hospital due to their negligence. I’m absolutely disappointed in this place and everyone should steer clear!

To the staff at Regency I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the excellent care my God mother received while she was there. Pearlie Mae was a resident at the facility for 6 years until her recent passing. The entire staff was friendly, compassionate and respectful. I would like to give a special mention to Barbara George and Ki. I could always count on them to help me out with Pearlie needs. The nurses, food service, house keeping, front office and maintenance everyone was amazing. I also was very pleased with the cleanest of the building. I would definitely recommend Regency to anyone in need of a nursing home or rehabilitation facility. Thank you Margwyn Dyer
