Should've communicated the rejection instead of letting me guess and wait. One star for lack of professionalism :)
My grandmother lived here for a little over a year, spending time initially in the main section then in the dementia unit. She absolutely loved living there, made many friends, and said the staff treated her like family. I saw first hand the great treatment everyone gave her while she was there, and I would recommend this family in a heartbeat.

Stay away. We were strung along by this facility for placement for my Dad who had dementia. We were told it was a matter of days, and then flat out rejected with no reason.
The staff is so loving and compassionate! They took such good care of my dad and were so mindful of his unique needs.
We recently had to transition our father to Maplewood. We are amazed at the care and compassion of your staff. Special shout out to Sherry, Danielle, Alicia and Madolyn! We are from South Florida but should the time come where we have to consider assisted living you better believe we will be moving back to Holland! Thanks, Linda & Lenny Victor
We are thankful for the care our mom has been receiving at Resthaven Maple Woods for the last 9 years. During Covid, we were very pleased with the efforts the staff took to communicate with us and for the concern they showed for her and for us. We would highly recommend this facility!
We moved my mom to Resthaven Maplewood cottages when we retired to the area. The staff have always been very caring and friendly. Mom considered them all to be friends.. They have always kept us informed of any concerns that they may have noticed to allow us to make sure everything was alright. During the covid period they were always looking at ways to keep everyone safe, while doing everything possible to still have some type of visits. We have always felt comfortable that mom was being well cared for.
