I recently watched them go above and beyond for someone who was struggling and running into roadblock after roadblock trying to get help. So many places turned him away, but Riverside treated him like a human being who mattered. The compassion, patience, and determination their staff showed honestly moved me. You can tell this is more than just a job to them. What they did made a real difference, and I truly believe their willingness to care may have changed — and possibly even saved…

I just want to take a minute to say how incredibly thankful I am for the staff at Riverside Healthcare Center. I recently watched them go above and beyond for someone who was struggling and running into roadblock after roadblock trying to get help. So many places turned him away, but Riverside treated him like a human being who mattered. The compassion, patience, and determination their staff showed honestly moved me. You can tell this is more than just a job to them. What they did made a real difference, and I truly believe their willingness to care may have changed — and possibly even saved — a life. Thank you for being the kind of people this world desperately needs more of.
We cannot say enough good things about Riverside Healthcare Center. Their staff worked tirelessly alongside our organization to help someone access desperately needed services when so many other doors had been shut in his face. From the very beginning, it was clear that they truly care about people. We cannot say enough good things about Riverside Healthcare Center. Their staff worked tirelessly alongside our organization to help someone access desperately needed services when so many other doors had been shut in his face. From the very beginning, it was clear that they truly care about people. They went above and beyond in ways we will never forget, treating him with compassion, dignity, and urgency when he needed it most. Honestly, they probably saved his life today. We are beyond grateful to know there are still people out there willing to fight for others and meet them where they’re at. Thank you, Riverside Healthcare Center, for reminding us what real compassion looks like.

I have a friend currently there. 95+ degrees out and no A/C? 🤦♀️ very understaffed. The medicine is ordered online and they don't have the meds she needs. Would not reccomend
Staff members continue to work as a team to provide support for the residents. The nursing staff remain diligent in their cares and support. The facility is clean and dietary deliver tasty meals with activity staff providing enrichment for day to day staff. Staff goes above and beyond to treat the residents as family.
Initially I thought this was a place way above in quality than any place I'd heard of or ever been... Now I have had from week 3 to going on month 3 and I have had the worst experience in seeing how personnel that work here lie and fabricate records when there is an individual they target to get out of here... this has been more than a profound experience of prejudice and flat out hatred toward residents they want discharged from here... It's all around financial / economic issues with a given resident... I was assaulted 5 days ago - and subsequently have been treated, even punitively punished as though I am the bad guy... My wound dressing is to be changed 3 times a week, unless it is discharging / leaking / oozing out of the bandages... I have been asking for a wound dressing 7 of the past 8 / 9 days... I was told that I've refused wound dressing before and to quick cryjng about it... I have NEVER refused a wound dressing... but going on 3 months now I have several documented issues with nothing being done to help me... as if this lack of treatment will result in my leaving here myself??? I am at a pain level of 10... the doctor supposedly caring for me has declared he will do nothing more for me - and the existing treatment from this doctor has included 2 doses of a medicine I've reacted violently to, and nothing is being treated about the reactions nor the medication evaluated and a substitute provided for adequate treatment... While I can continue to elaborate - suffice to say, this place lacks in the ways that really infirm/ sick people need hp - yet cannot get real, substantive help here...
The staff is very caring to the residents. At Christmas time they worked together to ensure every resident had a present to open on Christmas Day. They work together to provide the best possible care.
The staff really care about their residents. Staff to resident ratio is very good compared to other facilities. I would recommend talking your loved on there.
