Very clean, quiet, nice staff. Thanks for caring for my mother.🫶🏻
This place is amazing. The staff is caring and they really look out for the residents. We love all the activities and opportunities to socialize.
Staff is very slow to reply to call buttons & if you do anything the owner feels threatened by he will then threaten you with lawyers etc. Even if you're NOT wrong. This place makes me sad. My uncle was failed greatly!
Do not put family members in here as their staff will leave them soiled and on the floor for hours before helping them! Very disappointing!
These people have my 80 year old grandma in the hospital getting emergency surgery!!! If you care about your grandparent or parent do NOT send them here. My grandma had her call light on for an HOUR, fell on the floor waiting to get assistance to the bathroom and laid ON THE FLOOR FOR 30 MINUTES SCREAMING AND CRYING. She could hear people talking THATS how close to her they were. They most definitely heard her. They let her soil herself, and let her use the bathroom unassisted when she’s a high fall risk. Short staffed or not, they should not be trusted with your loved ones.
My sister has moved into Robbinswood Assisted Living. They got single rooms and double rooms. It depends on how much money you make. She's pretty happy there. The food was good. I just go to her room now, and that's the furthest I go. There's another lady in there with her, and there's just not enough room. They got something for her to do every day.
Recently moved my dad into here. Great welcoming staff and atmosphere
I talked to the RN at Robbinswood Assisted Living. She's been there 17 years. She works with the guy who owns it. Her name is Jolie. She told me they don't have a lot of turnover. She said sometimes they get it from some of the younger ones, but she also says she's got a lot of girls that have been there for ten or twelve years. That sounds nice and the facility looks nice. It was before lunch when I went there and they were starting to get things for the residents. They were gathering people around and they were starting to pass the meds and do things like that. Everybody seemed to be doing what they needed to be doing. One girl was grabbing up the guy to give her a shower before lunch. So, you didn't see staff people sitting around. They were paying attention to the residents and were very friendly to the ones that were already in the dining room. Each of the rooms had their own baths or half baths. From what I could see, the place was nice and clean. The people that I met seemed to be happy, not stressed out or looking to go a different direction or get away from the dining area. They wanted to go down and eat. Some of them said they had good food. They had nice rooms. You could use their bed and dresser or you could bring in your own. They have available twin beds. The staff was all dressed. Almost all of them had scrub shirts on and then just casual slacks, not jeans. They were dressed so that the residents would know that they were part of the staff. I was greeted "Good morning." "Hello.", and "How are you doing?" When I came in, I was looking for someone to give me the tour and the lady was like "Hang on one second.", and she ran and found the other tour person for me. She had to go to two different offices and she found her and then she came out right away. So they didn't make me stand around or wait or anything. They were nice. They showed me the activity room which is the dining room. They had a table set up in there and then they have a list of what's going on for that day and the week so that the residents know and they can check when they go for lunch, go see what's going on in the afternoon, or whatever. It was posted. Families are welcomed there. They got bingo, Wii games, cards, board games, music, and puzzles.
