3.9 · 59 reviewsUnprofessional Staff ! The building is not kept up! Lack of communication!!! I'm utterly disgusted with how I was treated!
My family member had Parkinson's with dementia & it was sometimes difficult for him to request some things that he needed. The staff were polite & attentive when called. [name removed] was included in activities & helped when he needed it. I would recommend this facility.
They have activities for them one in the morning, one afternoon. I just feel like there's a lot of downtime. I wish they kept them more busy especially on the weekends when there's no activities there sitting in the rooms reading or watching TV. However, my mother-in-law is 99 and she is there right now one day she loves it one day she's bored, but she also has dementia as my father did. I have to say my favorite is the staff and the cleanliness. The staff is just amazing and it's always very clean.

My dad has been a resident at Royal Oak House for two years. I am very grateful he is living at a place where the staff really care about him and know him. I know that he is being taken care of with kindness and compassion, and that means everything to me.
They take great care of my dad :) definitely recommend !
I couldn’t have found a better place for my mom. This was a very tough decision to make but the staff is AMAZING 🤩 they made the transition so easy for my mom and myself! Thank you guys so much you truly are angels.
