4.2 · 124 reviewsNice building and staff is kind. There has been a huge turnover of staff from administration on down over the years. Care is not consistent and/or monitored. Lots of promises but no follow through. Residents do not get their money’s worth.
Beautiful facility but every extra in memory care
Nice building but care was terrible. Staff always changing.. Aids without proper training put in critical situations. Food was reasonable. Housekeeping did you a favor to clean the bathroom. New prescriptions often took days to be delivered and dispensed to the residents. Things got so bad I felt the need to stay overnight the last few months. It was with great relief when I moved my dad at. THIS PLACE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A CASH GRAB. DO NOT BE MISLED BY THE NICE BUILDING. YOUR SENIOR WILL NOT GET THE CARE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR

My Father was at Storypoint for only 3 weeks before he passed away but while he was there he was treated so well by the staff. He required a lot of care and the aides were very kind and patient with him. The staff from the maintenance manager to the chef, aides, receptionist, and medical techs were wonderful. There were events for the residents to attend several times daily. The facility was beautiful and well maintained and decorated for the holidays. There were no unpleasant odors in the building that we found when looking at other facilities. While he was only there for a short period of time our family was happy that his last days were spent with caring people in pleasant surroundings.
This place is clean welcoming and homey. It’s a beautiful facility for taking care of your loved ones

Everything she shared about finding the right home for my auntie was spot on. From the moment we stepped in, the caring staff and their exceptional leadership made us feel welcomed. The tour was a wonderful experience, filled with smiles and warmth—it felt like a true home for my loved one. When we visited the memory care section, we met Laronica, who was nothing short of amazing. Her passion for her work and her genuine care were evident, as she not only provided invaluable information about memory care but also engaged with us so thoughtfully. The eye contact, the warm hugs—it all reassured me that we were in the right place. After the assessment of my auntie, Laronica continued to support me, ensuring I had all the information I needed and asking if there was anything else she could do. That meant the world to me. Thank you, StoryPoint, for welcoming my auntie into your family. Knowing she is in such caring hands allows me to finally sleep peacefully at night.
