From the moment she arrived, she was welcomed not just with care—but with joy, dignity, and genuine affection. The owners and staff have hearts of gold and treat every resident as family, not just in word, but in action. The home itself is immaculate, serene, and filled with warmth. The atmosphere is peaceful and predictable, a quiet rhythm that helped the residents feel safe, settled, and less overwhelmed. Thoughtful touches like home-cooked meals, personalized birthday and holiday celebrations, and a tranquil atmosphere made all the difference. With a low resident-to-staff ratio, mom received attentive, individualized care every single day. Staff members are not only compassionate but highly trained in dementia-specific care. Their ability to manage the nuances of memory loss with gentleness and expertise gave us tremendous peace of mind. They did not just care for her—they celebrated her. She was seen, heard, and loved. The team went out of their way to incorporate her life story, preferences, and hobbies into her care plan. She had meaningful social interaction each day—from music therapy and group activities to pet visits, hair styling, and even manicures that helped her feel like herself. Her journey to the next life was made beautiful because of Mashal, Raj and the loving staff. We are forever grateful.

Our experience with Tender Care was deeply concerning. My father has Lewy body dementia and needs constant care, so my mother was looking for a group home to meet his needs. We met with the owner, Mashal J. Bajpai, who provided an estimate based on information alone—she had never met my father. My mother then gave her a $1,500 check for an assessment, but no contracts were signed. Without our authorization, Ms. Bajpai contacted my father’s hospice provider, asking for medical records and suggesting additional medication—actions taken without any HIPAA consent. Additionally, she pressured us, claiming we had only 24 hours to decide. When we chose not to proceed, we asked her to cancel the assessment and void the check, but she refused and cashed it immediately. I have waited and thought about writing this review for over a month, but I still feel it is important to warn others. Families considering Tender Care should be aware of these aggressive and unprofessional practices. We hope our experience serves as a caution for others.

I worked here for a short time, but this place is a wonderful place to work. Mashal and Rajah make you feel like you’re apart of the family and the staff are all so kind and take such good care of the residents. 100% recommend this place to everybody!

We were very blessed to be referred to Tender Care Assisted Living group home for our terminally ill brother. The facility is immaculate and the staff provides exceptional, professional care. Tender Care is dedicated to providing a genuinely personal and loving environment for their residents. Their constant attention to detail combined with their ever positive, compassionate approach made our brother to feel exactly like he was being cared for by family members. They really did everything they could to make it a true home for him. Tender Care also provided outstanding communication throughout the time he was there both by text messages and phone calls. Lastly, it was remarkable to us that the people from the hospice group we were using regularly told us how lucky we were to have our loved one at Tender Care. We very highly recommend the Tender Care group home to anyone who wants only the very best assisted living facility available.
