4.4 · 29 reviewsThe Cortland is a beautiful place! They give such great care! Jenny Durkarski on their team is so knowledgeable and LOVES what she does and it shows!
The tour guide was friendly, informative and helpful. The place has a very nice location, the living accomodations are very nice. The activities are good. It has a church which is also good. The staff and residents were also nice. The facility areas looked very nice clean and cozy. I had a quick tour and would definately be interested in learning more and spending more time here.
During the time my mother was at The Cortland of Holland, including the difficult days of her active dying, she received excellent care from the staff. Not only were they competent, but in many cases, they were responsive, tender, and caring. The nursing staff coordinated quite smoothly with Hospice, as well. Of the several places we considered, we thought this would be the best place for her, and we are glad we chose it.

My mom was at Courtland for a little over a year and they were wonderful. So helpful and caring. It put my mind at ease to see her safe and happy. I am especially thankful to Sheila and Ashlyn for being so sweet. Thank you all for taking such good care of her.
The staff is so pleasant and kind. They are friendly, helpful and caring. I've never met a more amazing group of people who go the extra mile for residents and staff.
My Dad lived in Holland Meadows for over 4 years and my Mom for over 8. And all the time that they lived there, they were always treated with love and respect, especially from director Ashlyn whom they adored.
If you want a cozy place to live with great care, come to The Cortland Holland!
This community is the description of a home for the elderly! I wouldn't want my loved ones to be anywhere else. The compassion, care and love from all the staff members is not comparable to anywhere else. I know this is not only a great place to live but I am sure to work as well! So many well-being activities, a true community environment, great food, housekeeping, laundry, medication management and more. It will feel like home from the moment you walk in the door!!
