Cold food, sticky floors (including the carpet), kitchenette area is disgusting. Poorly staffed and people sitting with call lights on for 60+ minutes. Patients that need help are sitting with no checks. Bare minimum and people are NOT the priority. Patients that need help to eat and drink are left to fend for themselves or ask another patient's family member for help. I would not send my worst enemy here.
My wife was in the Pavilion for 3 weeks after she had surgery. She received excellent care from everyone there. The therapists have her walking again. All the nurses and aides were extremely attentive. Food service was very good. Everyone from management on down worked as a team. All our thanks to everyone involved.
Overall, The Orchards is a great Rehab facility. Taylor is one of the best CNA's I've had. She is always helpful, joyful, and attentive. She hooks you up with the best snacks and drinks. Garrett, Shawna, Joanna, and Russell are the best therapists I've ever had. I've been able to improve and become stronger under their guidance. There are issues with the kitchen staff, but if you're attentive and assertive you will be fine.
I've been a patient now I Canterbury on the lake for about 2 weeks I believe that all the staff and nurses are pretty cool especially physical therapy however today like most days one of my favorite aides came in her name is Taylor, when I say it just a matter of her taking two seconds to talk to me or to make sure that I have my apple juice cuz she knows I like it or anything just having compassion and she always answer my light quickly she makes me feel like I'm a human and I just obligation or annoyance she always seems to maked e me laugh her little jokes and she just makes my day better like today not feeling good she got my juice helped me get propped up. The aides TRULY make a difference here especially when your bedridden like me. So thanks to all the staff but especially TAYLOR helping making the healing process just a lil better.
I had a great experience during my short stay in the Pavillion. The staff were caring and attentive. Therapy team got me up and moving my first day. The DON was kind and courteous and her team worked very hard at meeting my needs. I would highly recommend.

TERRIBLE!! This place is absolutely awful, do not send ur loved ones here. My mother has been in out of the hospital since October 2025. She was admitted into this facility since January 20206 it’s now April 2026. The care in this facility is inhumane. There is no proper care whatsoever.Nurses, aids, administers no where to be found. The whole facility smells heavily like urine. Them will watch your loved one suffer. My mother had to sit her feces for many hours. They do not respond to call lights, they forget to pass medication. My mother is diabetic and they forget to checks vitals. Doctors appointments never made, phones are always disconnected. There has been constant neglect since the first day. I’ve complained numerous times, I’ve had many meetings and nothings improved. Last week she had a terrible emergency, she was declining significantly, she had multiple bed wounds, infections. She had to beg them to go to emergency. After getting the state involved and complaining an excessive amount of times, we are fed up. DO NOT COME HERE.
Inhumane care. Bed left at 7 inches from the floor. Broken arm, no railing to pull myself up. For days toilet not flushed sink filled half water plastic gloves box left on floor upside down. Staff never available.I checked myself out the second day went somewhere else.
