3.2 · 30 reviewsThe Orchards at Niles is home to a loving and very caring staff, set in a quiet area with beautiful scenery. It offers a peaceful, welcoming, and comforting environment for residents and their families.
We are pleased to see the continued dedication of the wonderful staff at the orchards. Their commitment to providing excellent service is truly commendable. The long-standing presence of these staff members contributes significantly to the welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to the positive future under the new ownership. The orchards at Niles remains a cherished community spot.
Not the newest building, but they are improving daily. New couches in the lobby, new hot water system next week, while other improvements are coming. Activities are very active and keep the residents busy. Summer cook outs are planned. They have a good turn out at Resident Council meetings which is a good sign that residents feel included.

I been here for a year, it's okay no private rooms the mangers are nice especially the Administrative and D. O. N I speak to them everyday
The staff are wonderful and work so well with the residents. I highly recommend the facility!
My mom was here for rehab, it’s so very hard to get any one on the phone and when you do the staff is very rude and even hangs up in your face. My mom went an entire week without a shower until she called me and I had to call them and asked why and demand a shower for her. Their excuse was “our hot water was off”. Then she was supposed to be there for 90 days without any warning they told her she had to be gone because of her insurance the day before she had to leave. Upon visiting there was huge holes in the floors leaking ceiling and an extremely terrible smell. The guy that helped her with therapy and a couple of the aides my mom spoke very highly of but honestly other than that, that place is TERRIBLE!
My Mother spent exactly one week at this facility. By the seventh day we had her taken to the ER for a blood sugar of 528. Apparently this was going on for days and she ended up with ketoacidoses. She was saying they were trying to kill her. Now I wonder if she was right. DO NOT RECOMEND!
Filthy, it's really not a place for recovery. Some of the staff is very nice and that is the only Reason they get 1 star. They allow TV to Blair loudly all night long so none of the people here can rest. It smells like dried urine very sad just pitiful
