Advisacare Home Care and Hospice met with the leadership team and was VERY impressed. Firsthand, I witnessed the unit manager on the 2nd floor hold the hand of a struggling resident and seek solutions to bring him peace. The Director of Nursing is directly involved with each resident and provided clear expectations of the high standards she expects each resident to receive for their path to discharge and when they call The Springs their home. As a 20 year RN working in the community setting- this is a rare gem!
The Springs at Rochester Hills took great care of my mother for years until her passing. I appreciate all the staff at The Springs at Rochester Hills, who also made sure to communicate with me on my mother's health. I highly recommend The Springs at Rochester Hills, the staff is caring.
This is "a diamond in the rough." No fancy chandeliers, no luxurious carpeting. It has what truly matters to our family: a friendly, caring staff that is looking after our loved one. Everyone is approachable and actually listens and acts on our concerns. Highly recommend it.
Jessica, the intake lady is very very nice and helped us out every time we need help. Raymond‘s nurses and the other staffs are very polite. As of right now, Raymond’s insurance is paying for his stay so there’s no money out-of-pocket for him.
Worst place ever!!! Don’t send your loved ones here, they neglect their patients. Aren’t attentive at all, terrible attitudes.
We recently admitted my mother and she was pleasantly welcomed and cared for. Her nurse Roman is an absolute God- send! His bed- side manner, attentiveness, and knowledge is unsurpassed! I am blessed and very grateful to have such a compassionate care taker for my mother in this difficult time. You're greatly appreciated Roman!
My son has been in this crap hole for almost 2 months. He is awaken by the morning aid by kicking his bed and slamming down things on his table. He can't get anyone to help him fill out paperwork he needs to fill out now. He had stroke and can't use his dominant hand. They won't help him in the shower to wash his upper body and hair. He only gets 3 cups of water a day that's it no more. The food they serve you looks like something you'd get in jail. My son is type one diabetic and there are certain foods he can't or shouldn't eat. Sometimes the food is cold ,burnt and the bread is stale. I have tried calling this place and leaving voicemail to have them call me back but noone does. My son also has bipolar, major manic depression and it's. He is so depressed right now and he needs a doctor to help him but apparently there aren't any they can call. He was all of a sudden released from PT and no one came to tell him anything. He's suppose to have a hot compress on his elbow twice a day and a compression sleeve put on his elbow that was last week and no one as done anything. What the hell is going on at this place. If, I don't get an answer from them, I will be calling someone who will listen to him and me
