Cecelia stayed at The Villa about 5-years. She so enjoyed the activities, the staff & residents. Dustin & Erika helped us with decisions about her health & well-being. The staff did a great job in her daily care & always showed kindness. Her family gives their sincere gratitude.
This place is top notch..
Probably one of the best assisted living homes i've ever worked at, the owners are so genuine and helpful. Staff is consistent with great care, you can tell everyone is there for the right reasons and that is to provide great quality care. The only reason I left is to take a break from caregiving for a while and pursue schooling. 10/10 recommend the Villas.
not a very good place for your family member. please do not leave them with these people.
We would never recommend your Villa to anyone. Very disappointed in the management never around but for the check. Cleanliness not much, and laundry mixed up with others. Little children of staff coming into room and taking glasses, tv remotes. Breakfast lets get up 6:00 and have the residents set for an hour before they would get breakfast and then out of eggs, juice, bread what a joke. Meds were given at different times, sugar not checked. Leaving residents on the toilet for long, length of time, they couldn't walk and needed assistance. Twenty-two residents with one on staff at night. Put residents to bed at 7:00. Also would order meds without permission, Had to call Pharmacy to halt, wipes at $20.00 a pkg. Very displeased with this place.
I like the cleanliness of The Villa At Winston Court. It's a beautiful place. It's homey. I like the owner and the way he explained things and I like the whole layout. It's a smaller facility. He's got plenty of staff. It's beautiful surroundings. All around I was pleased. It looks good. The owner was very nice and explained things, but the test comes when my husband is there and how they take care of him. From what I saw, it was pleasing, and this is where I would feel comfortable. And I have several people that are there that I know and visit, and of course, they say nothing is like home. Everybody said, 'I wish I could stay home, but this is the best place. This is a safe place.' It's clean. Sometimes people complain about food, but everybody cooks a little differently. This is institutional food. The only thing I might say is they don't have a chef that cooks, and it's the staff that cooks.
Beautiful family oriented community! Great care and services. My grandma loves it! Its been a blessing to her and our whole family to see she's happy and not struggling at home alone.
As Denise indicated earlier, our mother required hospitalization after a week stay. Dustin's response indicating she had been hospitalized numerous times prior to her placement. That is a lie. She has been hospitalized once in 20 years. Once for a pacemaker. Her battery was done outpatient. We discussed her care needs and they indicated they could care for her. They think low sodium diet is not salting. She gained 10 pounds in a week. I took her to her heart Dr. The day prior to her stay. She still has never recovered.
