Tranquility Estates

As a resident of Tranquility, I am very satisfied with my comfortable room and it's great to have a housekeeper to keep things tidy and a laundry lady too, both are so nice. Overall I like the food they serve here and it's great that they have an option to pick low sodium since I am salt sensitive and that there is a variety of dishes to choose from as well. No doubt I feel spoiled at times because the staff here is so caring and compassionate, if I need anything, all I have to do is call!

I would definitely say Tranquility was a good place for my mom, my wife and I would visit her often and have either lunch or dinner with her which was always very tasty. The staff there is warm and friendly and I never had to worry about mom being bored because they have so many activities scheduled for the residents, in fact, I played many games with them myself and had a blast. My mother's room was very nice and clean too, she liked the fact that she had a housekeeper that would clean up daily and even make her bed!

My grandmother lived at Tranquility Estates for 7 years, ever since they opened in fact. I visited her often there and remarked to her how beautifully clean and nice her room was, just like a luxury hotel. Many times I ate lunch or dinner with Grandma as well and really liked the food which was served restaurant style with so many options to choose from and the waitresses were always friendly. And I never had to worry about Grandma either because the staff at Tranquility is so very caring and compassionate, they really made living there special for Grandma, which gave our family peace of mind.

This facility is always clean, the staff are friendly always greeted with a smile! Great friendly home environment, also provide excellent care!

We liked almost everything at Tranquility Estates. The people and the staff seemed friendly. The lady showed us several different rooms. It was very nice and they had a lot of common areas and outside areas. The rooms were very nice, too. That was my favorite. I love their menu. They had a lot of choices and they had a main meal every day, but you can also choose from a number of other meals if you didn't like the main meal. They had a range of dining times. They had like 4 to 6 p.m. They had a two-hour window for each time frame and the seating area was huge.
