The facility is clean, welcoming, and has a true feeling of “home.” It’s clear that the well-being and happiness of each resident is a top priority. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Traverse Manor! From the moment we first visited, we were welcomed with open arms. The staff are truly compassionate, professional, and attentive—they treat every resident with such care and dignity. My Mom has been living here for a year, and the difference it’s made in her quality of life is incredible. The facility is always clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Traverse Manor! From the moment we first visited, we were welcomed with open arms. My Mom has been living here for a year, and the difference it’s made in her quality of life is incredible. The facility is always clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The meals are nutritious and actually enjoyable (which is rare to find!), and the activity schedule keeps everyone engaged—from exercise classes to game nights and outings. There’s a real sense of community here, and it gives our whole family peace of mind knowing our loved one is safe, supported, and happy. We’re beyond grateful for everything Traverse Manor has done for our family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and uplifting home for their loved one.
I toured the place for my grandmother. Staff was very helping and understanding. Great place to send your loved ones.

Nice place for mom . Staff is attentive and kind
My Mom and Dad stayed at Traverse Manor for almost 10 years, with my Dad passing first about 7 years ago. Many times they shared “this is the best place for us to be” through a series of family celebrations and health events. They had a one bedroom apartment, meals, cleaning services and access to friends and the staff. The staff loved on them over the years and as each one passed, we were touched by how much they too felt the loss. The staff has always been open to suggestions to address challenges posed by aging, and implemented a support plan to that my Mom and Dad could remain independent yet supported for their medications and daily care. I would recommend Traverse Manor to anyone considering either assisted living or an apartment with home health care services. It is a special place.

Bad place to send your loved ones. The manager and her Minions like to play games with their employees and residents. The are not nice people
Mom is moving to Traverse Manor in November. They had a continuity of care. They would start her out in an independent senior apartment and then as need be, move her to the proper areas as she progresses. I felt very confident. They were very graceful, very comforting, and accommodating. In the senior apartment, the bathroom is very close by which is a good thing.
