Helpful, kind, and professional staff that have made us feel welcomed and cared-for. Great food too! :-)
Staff members are extremely kind to the residents and go out of their way to help family members.

The workers at French Manor South are absolutely WONDERFUL. The care they take with my mom is amazing. They always stop what they are doing to answer questions. Their jobs are a calling. I don't know how they stay so patient.

Fair building; rooms ok; food ok at times; staff marginal at best--generally condescending as inmates are treated as less than having the ability to think or make best decisions for themselves with staff input. Night crew out of control and should be counselled or terminated. Could NEVER recommend for your aging parents or those with physical assistance needs. Generally substandard.
The staff at French Manor is both professional and very caring. They knew how our dad was doing every day that he was there and responded appropriately. Very nice facility, too. Highly recommended.
My family and I can't say enough good things about French Manor and its caring team of professionals! This was the perfect new home for my mother when she needed to transition to assisted living. Kelly and her team made Mom feel right at home and provided the loving, attentive care she needed. We are ever grateful to French Manor for making Mom's final months comfortable and enjoyable.
