I recently had a tour at Vibrant Life with Carlos and he definitely showed why the community has the name it does! I walked in the building to see plenty of residents in the common area enjoying live acoustic music. The building was clean, the staff were friendly and clearly enjoyed their roles, and Carlos was able to answer any and all questions that I had.

Beautiful community for your loved ones. Caring staff, great food & awesome activities!

The new rehab was very helpful and communicated with family often. The day to day varies drastically depending on how many and who is working. Some think they are doing you a favor and have a major attitude. Others are extremely helpful and caring.

I can't comment on the activities because I didn't use . What I like most about Vibrant Life is that it is a smaller facility clean and home like. Improve on communication, but I know everyone is over worked and short staffed.

Vibrant Life 1. Overall experience. 3-in the beginning, there were challenges getting everything squared away with his medications. The clinical coordinator was helpful in working together to get a process in place when new/short term medications are needed. We worked well with the director to get the needed paperwork for his admission. 2. Cleanliness. 3-the cleaning staff keep his room/bathroom cleaned. The laundry is done regularly. 3. Friendliness of staff. 4-everyone is personable and each staff member has a good relationship with our dad. When I go there, they are pleasant and work with me on what is best for our dad. 4. Quality of care. 4-the staff are willing to help our dad with whatever he needs and gives him his independence when he says he doesn't need their help. 5. Meals/Dining. 1-our dad says the food is always cold/ room temperature. There are staff who will heat up his plate in the microwave, but some foods don't re-heat well in the microwave. 6. Activities. 1-there aren't activities he's interested in doing. From what we've seen, there aren't many memory care activities. One of Vibrant Life's services is memory care. 7. Value for Cost. 2-it's common knowledge senior care is expensive. However, when rates increase by a couple hundred dollars per month, it is a challenge to do private pay. With that being said, our dad needs the 24/7 oversight and care. He is getting this from the staff and us collaboratively.

Overall the cna's and nurses were always nice, but cna's changed almost weekly and always short staffed. I would tell others to visit it (or any facility ) a cpl times before making a decision, make unannounced visits so you can fully see the on goings, spend at least half hour or more and really ask questions, maybe talk to residents. I know everyone's situation is different but it still boils down to having to make the decision on which home would be best, I was very comfortable at vibrant, they were expecting me, but after a few weeks that changed a lot, with unannounced visits

Memory and physical care made better by kind and caring staff. They are currently updating their van with wheelchair straps, but could also use more staff to take residents on 'outside' trips. No matter where you have to place your loved one, it's hard; however this is the best possible fit for our family.

My mom has lived here for just about a year and we recently moved my mother in law here as we liked it so much. The staff has always been caring and helpful in regards to taking care of my mom. They always have listened to any concerns we have had and are amazing with the residents and keeping them happy and engaged. They truly care about them and the families. With recently moving my mother in law in we have always celebrated the Easter vigil together for 40 years. They offered to have us have a big table in a room to continue this tradition. It was so thoughtful and so appreciated. I would highly recommend if you are ever looking for a place for a loved one I would recommend it. They have done an amazing job and we as a family now having 2 family members here could not be more happy with the choice we have made.
