3.4 · 39 reviewsI visit my friend at this facility and they are not taking good care of him! There are definitely some good stuff here but the Bad stuff definitely make a lot of noise! And out weighed the good stuff. I see how some of them treat my friend disrespectful, rudeness and lack of care. How can you be so heartless to a person that just trying to get healthy. His care plan is not that complicated and they still can't follow the directions that the doctor order, it's just shows the laziness,carelessness and lack of respect that they have for my friend. definitely something is fishy about this…

I visit my friend at this facility and they are not taking good care of him! There are definitely some good stuff here but the Bad stuff definitely make a lot of noise! My opinion I feel like they bought reviews or ask staff members to do five star reviews. They should definitely treat my friend with respect and take care of him WAY BETTER, instead of chilling at the nurses station while call lights are on. Feels like this facility need to get educated on how to take care of a paraplegic or I should say the staff needs too.
I went in to do a tour and met Audrey. She showed me around and explained everything! She is truly a GODSEND.
Audrey was amazing She fixed my issues with my father that shouldn’t have existed. I am only giving 5 stars for her. She deserves recognition. The rest of the issues I am not pleased at all with
