Hate that my dad has to be here..his room is never clean.. everything is outdated..I won't even sit in the chair , the cushion is disgusting..and trust me they get paid a LOT of money for those people to be there..also I feel a lot of the staff is VERY undertrained
The person I was scheduled to meet - Bailey Oliveras - was prompt and efficient. She escorted me to the resident I needed to visit, and accompanied the entire time. She was professional and engaging.

The personnel from admistrator to janitorial, Healthcare, and food prep were very kind and professional in serving my husband's needs.
Nice place! Positive helpful staff. I think they need more support from the parent company and more training, communtication, and more staff., but everyone that helped my mom and my sister was amazing. Rita Cindy , Ashley, Donnie,Amy, Braylynn Beth, Bailey, Savanna and Michelle were all great. I just think they need Better communtication. But all the Activities and outings were awesome my mom and sister both loved them!

I can’t say enough positive things about the staff and cleanliness of this facility! My loved one enjoys all the great activities that Ashley Cole puts together saying there’s always something fun and exciting to look forward to each day. We are happy to find a place that treats our loved ones with respect and dignity.
The Villa team is the best they take such great care of us and we have so much fun everyday I smile
