Very Italian theme. Residents appear well cared for as it is assisted living! Friendly staff and Residents as well! Happy place from what I've seen and compared to other places thousands less per month. This will be a great place to check out but remember this is a huge change for a elderly person so you have to keep that in mind. They may say they hate it At first but a few weeks in they start making friends and start to adjust! My grandmother has been here for a few years. We would like for her to be able to go somewhere else but it's complicated due to how her finances pay out for the facility. Caregivers are a mixed bag. We had some exceptional ones and ones we were happy when they left. The front staff is pretty much the same. The facility looks nice enough? Not as new as the one up the street but it's more expensive though! considering how important meals are to the elderly (what else do they have to look forward to on a daily basis?) from the very beginning they were badly run and chaotic. Not as new as the one up the street but it's more expensive though! considering how important meals are to the elderly (what else do they have to look forward to on a daily basis?) from the very beginning they were badly run and chaotic. It was pretty obvious from the beginning its because there is a literal teenage girl running the other teenagers which is obviously both cheap and really stupid on managements part. They're lazy and disinterested and rude and dump all the blame and work on the teens they don't like which is crazy to watch and probably why they have such high turnover. Most importantly you should not encourage your grandparents or loved one to move bere because the cost is very high including all the hidden fees they don't talk about up front compared to the many many other options around you. P.S. please note how few reviews there are even though they have been open for literally years. They hide and have google delete the majority of their reviews. Run.
I moved in here and couldn't be anymore happier. Love the food and housekeeping staff. It actually feels like home
We liked it for our brother-in-law because, even though there is plenty to do throughout the day, it doesn't feel rushed or overly scheduled like so many other places.. He liked it right away when he went for a tour. The staff is topnotch, friendly and efficient. The dining room is very nice, so is the food. He's happy to be meeting and socializing with other residents.
The things I like best about Villa Bella of Clinton Township are the size of the rooms and the cost, which is important to me. The VA is going to pay for a big part of the cost, but I still have to pay for some of it. They also have three meals a day. I enjoyed the meal that I had there, it was good. The staff members I met during the visit were nice and friendly. They were patient when I had a hard time walking.
Delightful to share music with the residents and have them sing along! Such a warm and welcoming place!
I was very happy overall with Villa Bella. The staff was outstanding, and the facility is beautiful and activities were great. Only issue that we experienced was the third-party company that provided care. They changed companies a few times and have had issues with that service.
It's a friendly community. We picked this community because of the good location and price.
