But the care we're seeing when we were there, and our tour was good, so that was the main feature why we went to this place. We chose them because of the response and the care. The staff was very professional, very friendly and outgoing towards all the people there. We're getting ready to move my in-laws to Waltonwood Senior Community. We're not happy with it, the rooms were really small but we have to move them somewhere. But the care we're seeing when we were there, and our tour was good, so that was the main feature why we went to this place. We chose them because of the response and the care. The staff was very professional, very friendly and outgoing towards all the people there. It's older and outdated, but they're slowly updating the rooms available, so they're making improvements as they go. The rooms are smaller than what we like, but the care is what matters. They have crafts and they have activities for all people. They have snacks, they have movie rooms, they have common areas and they have an activities director like everybody else. It's a smaller community, with only 40 people in the community, so it's more personalized. It's located in an upper-end, well-maintained neighborhood. Everybody's nice.
I have had 4 family members live here, with the latest my Mother who turned 90 last year. I cannot say enough how wonderful the staff is, how clean and beautiful the facility is, and how much all 4 family members have loved it. (This is over a 25-year period btw.) Now I appreciate how much they care for our family members. They have done everything to keep their residents healthy and safe during the COVID outbreak. Thank you Waltonwood.
The staff is awesome. Very caring nice quite atmosphere. My grandmother loves her spacious apartment. So happy we found this place. #Muah

Wouldn't trust this place with grandma
I found my stay at Waltonwood at University was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. In summary, I can describe it in one word, "unique".
