2.9 · 232 reviewsWe are super pleased with how nice the staff is to our aunt. I am sure it is a tremendously emotional job but they they do it with grace and mercy.
My dad has been house here for almost a month now for rehabilitation he still can't move he's been bed bound Everytime I come in he bed rotting. They just transferred him to a hospital without contacting me or my siblings. I wouldnt recommend this place for my worst enemy I've had nothing but trouble since the day he went to this place!!!!
The staff that was assigned to me, along with the administration were exceptionally great during my temporary stay. I highly recommend this facility.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They all made sure my stay comfortable. I was given a choice of facilities when I was released from the hospital. Based on past experience I chose Westland Villa

The food is 5 star if not a 10. And the workers all get stars
I'm a patient here they staff is lazy the feed you slop and they allow other patients in to go in your room. it's been plenty of times I hit the call light to (it took a hour)get the said person out. They don't listen to you when you're telling them you need prescription changed. They give the run around. And when you ask to see an outside doctor that's important they give the run around. I've tried to explain the pain I'm in they you have to get the wheelchair.when I expressed that it cause me to be in . They are lazy. The state needs to shut this place down
