My mother had a fighting chance at living if it were not for this faculty. She was physically and mentally abused by staff. She got infection after infection. Her room was not sealed from the outside properly. She got sick due to this, and died due to the staff not alerting anyone. They refused to give her anything to ease her pain or suffering even though her doctor had approved of medication to help end of life care. You are sentencing your loved one to death if you house them at this horrid place.

Very, Very, Very, Bad Worked at a funeral home for years and dealt with Whitehall on a basically weekly basis. This is one of the worst and most disgusting places you could send your loved one. I'm not going to waste my time typing up a whole review detailing how poor the conditions are here. Just know that you can believe every negative thing you read here and probably double its negativity. Never, ever, ever send someone here whether you care about them or not.

I would Give no stars if i could. My Grandfather was in their care a few years back and died in february 2015. The staff had the demeanor of fast food employees, just there for a paycheck. They looked inconvenienced, wouldn't smile at you or even talk to you. I don't know how many residents i heard asking for water..i visited my grandfather and gave him a glass of water and i have never seen someone suck water down so fast. the place is truly disgusting and no one was managing the front desk, didnt have to sign in or out, anyone could walk in there. the place wreaked..it is quite sad. that is…

I used to deliver pizza here. This place is disgusting, it smells like urine and the patients are not taken care of. It needs to be shut down asap.

Didn't give my mom the best treatment at all. I see why it's under a 2 star rating

attempted to call about updates on my mother , got placed on Hold , and never responded to , place sucks big time

My grandfather had to stay there while we waiting for his Veteran's benefits to begin. My mother, sisters and I would visit at least 4 times a week. The place always smelled of feces. The decor is outdated and dusty. Half of the staff is friendly and helpful and the other half seem to hate their job. My grandfather contracted a staph infection while there and had to be transferred to St. Joe where he later died.I wish I had read the reviews before we sent him there. I later found news articles about how residents here had maggot-filled wounds and other cases of neglect. I hope the state shuts this place down soon before more people are harmed.

They Are the worse when my granddad use to go here a long time ago they had dropped him on the ground. My Niece Say they have some very rude staff in there also .
