The whole process of applying was very uncoordinated I had to initiate most of the communication but after getting everything turned in and getting approved and confirming everything was fine for me to move in I terminated my lease on my current place. From the beginning they knew I was on maternity leave and no one said this would be an issue with the process. A week before I am set to move in they ask for new check stubs which I don’t have do to leave so I submit the last one and proof of short term disability now the income isn’t enough and they can’t move forward. Now I am stuck with no where to go for me and my family and a week to figure something out when this could have been communicated a month ago when I applied because I made sure they knew I was on leave. This is the worst experience I have had trying to get a rental place and I’m very disappointed because the community itself was nice and we were really looking forward to our move.
