My family member lives at the community and I've been very pleased with the experience. Management communicates well and has been flexible and helpful when questions come up. The food is great, honestly the best I've seen after visiting several places. Activities are outstanding and the staff keeps residents truly engaged. The care team is patient, loving, and always on the move helping people. I feel my loved one is safe, comfortable, and well looked after.
My brother moved into Franklin Terrace Apartments. The appearance of the place is beautiful and relaxing. It's gorgeous. They play bingo, and they do take outdoor trips. I checked the dining area because I had lunch with my brother at that time. Unfortunately, I didn't eat, but I sat there with him while he ate, and he seemed to enjoy the food. Everything but his cable and phone is included.
I love the people of Franklin . My room is wonderful, I have it decorated to my taste. The staff is friendly and helpful, although turnover is frequent. The dining room has cloth tablecloths and flowers. Food is fair, but I've had worse. The main thing I love is that I finally have peace. Ps I have seen NO bugs
Great experience with new care team in the building. Some good changes has been done, EZ Living staff are always professional and kind to us. The community is small and friendly. Very happy with my father's care takers and medication staff.
Service is terrible and assistance is ow as masses if there is any help avaae most workers are rude and standoffishike they don't want to be botbbered
We toured Franklin Terrace and it was a very pleasant tour. This facility was good! The friendliness was good. The cleanliness of the facility was good also.
The apartments are dated but less expensive than other assisted living facilities. The care service on site is okay. I think they have staffing issues like everyone else. The management is professional, and I think they try to keep the facility in good condition with above standard service.
We found Franklin Terrace Apartments for my mom. We just moved the furniture in, and she should be moving in very shortly. When we walked in, the place was very nice, very well-appointed, very clean, and very colorful. The staff was very nice. They have a beautiful dining area, which they're not using now because of COVID. They have beautiful table cloths and menus. They also have a beauty salon, a billiard room, a theater, and a place for you to socialize. So they have all the amenities. It's a very nice place. It's small enough so mom can get around. Then they offer services where if she needs additional help, we don't have to do that with Franklin. We can do that on our own, which is very good. Everybody has been absolutely great.
