I toured Highland Towers. The community is nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff was nice and informative.

I toured Highland Towers. I liked that it was clean. The people were polite. I didn't find anything that I didn't like about it at all. The staff was professional. The people I spoke to were very nice. It was a pleasant experience. The room size and the layout were very accommodating.

I toured Highland Towers. It was informative. It was cordial. Everything was good. The apartments were small, though. I own a home, so I just decided that I'm not going to do it. I had an appointment, but no one was there at the time of the appointment. It was double-booked, so I had to go through with someone else. Other than that, it was fine. There was no food, but the cleanliness of the place was pretty good. The facility was sufficient. It wasn't modern. There's nothing wrong with it; it just didn't fit my style. I don't have any complaints. I saw a laundry facility and an exercise room…

They have a community rec room where people would come to sit and maybe eat out.

I toured Highland Towers. The washroom is only on the first floor. They don't have a washroom on every floor, so everyone has to come to the main floor. I've only met the lady who was showing the apartment, but the community was friendly. They're renovating as they're still moving people in and out.

I toured Highland Towers. That was out of my budget. They were doing some renovations to it, but it was great. It was clean. The space is enough for one person. The staff was wonderful. She explained everything to me, and what wasn't included. She took me around and showed me to a different apartment. She was very nice and everything. She sat me down and told me that if I changed my mind to come back there and she would have more available there if I didn't get that one.

I like the Highland Towers because it's quiet, no kids around, and the rent is reasonable. The apartment they showed me was nice, and just the water and heat are included in the rent. Like most apartments, you don't have to bring your own stuff. They furnish all that. The person who toured me around was awesome.

I toured Highland Towers. The grounds were not kept up at all, whatsoever. It was nasty on the inside, it just didn't fit, and the grounds were horrible. The staff didn't know what was going on. I guess she was nervous, and I had to wait for 20 minutes just to get inside the facility.

Highland Towers was very helpful. The interview was quick. The lady took me on a tour of the apartment and everything was fine, but I just can't afford it. I wish I could. The building was clean and quiet. I liked the area. I see there's a lot of stuff that's convenient, like grocery stores. A lot of the shops are pretty easy to get to within walking distance. There's a lot of traffic going around there, but the community is nice.
