I like and have good memories of many people on the team. They cared for my father and for us in very intimate and personal situations. I'm thankful for the care they gave to my father and for the care they showed to us and helped us not be alone in our journey with my father. I'm thankful also for their knowledge in end of life care. I feel a bond with them because we cared for my father together.
Theresa was very informative. Gave a great tour of the facility. She had time to listen, gave good advice. She didnt pressure for a decision
We’re paying around $10,000 a month, and the care is awful. They sit him in a chair all day, don’t help him walk, don’t give him therapy, and act like they’re too busy to do their jobs. He was injured while staff were present, and he’s only gotten worse since being here.Nurses are short, rude, and constantly on their phones. They even stuck him at the nursing station all night in a wheelchair “so he wouldn’t fall.” Why are we paying this much money for them to park him at a desk instead of caring for himHe’s sore, crying, and declining fast. This place is nothing like what they promised.
Worst place to leave your loved ones no one takes care of the people and they don't care when people are breaking the law they will continue to employ them and let them continue to do wrong
I love this place, they are fantastic!
Touring Holland Home Raybrook Campus was an enjoyable experience of seeing what was available. They presented different options in terms of living arrangements and different types of financial costs associated with that. The place was well done and well kept up and people were hospitable. Given that I taught at a college, this place was located very close to that college so that we could continue to enjoy the activities that are associated with the college. There were common areas. There's this swimming pool, a woodworking shop, an exercise place, and different restaurants.
They are very rude and make inappropriate comments!
My mother is in Holland Home and for the most part it has been a good experience. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the housekeeping could be better and the wait to be buzzed in when visiting takes too long.
