2.3 · 4 reviewsThis is a place that I am proud to call home. The staff is very attentive to my needs and are prompt. I share a room that is spacious and has it own bathroom. :) The meals are very good. I especially enjoy the Sunday dinners we have, it reminds me of my mothers cooking growing up. I enjoy having options of going on outings if I want, or staying in if not. I've been here for over 5 years and it was the best decision I made when searching for home!
This was not the place for our family member. Hygiene assistance was minimal, bedroom never appeared or smelled fresh and basically no interactions between staff and residents. Our family member always complained about one thing or the other. Staff didn't always tell the truth. Usually replied, that's how they are with their illness. I was disappointed.
We were not pleased with this home at all. They do not have central air conditioning so they open the window to keep it cool but when the weather is hot outside it doesn't help that much. Because the windows stay open seems to get a lot of flies inside the home. They smoke inside the home so you have to deal with that as well. I would not recommend them to anyone.
