Lovely area and I was glad to share in the fun of seeing the talents of the community.
The Office Manager is very open friendly and welcoming.

I had a tour. I loved it. I would love to move there. It reminded me of the Titanic on the inside halls. And upstairs and railings

I love living at Marsh Point. I have been here for 4 years with no plans to move. My 2 br apartment is large and well maintained. I have a washer and dryer in my apartment. The public areas are classy, comfortable, and popular. The grounds have beautiful flower gardens and paved walking trails with a pond and well-appointed patio. There is also a gardening area with raised beds for residents to show off their skills, a screened gazebo, and carports for covered parking. Activities are available for residents to join in. Management is friendly and responsive. And maintenance is on the ball.
