I personally don't believe they deserve one star theve always been kind to me and my mom I just moved from across the state and bought a new car had no where to put my old one so just left it in the parking lot they kept it there without towing it for well beyond the time I would have allowed someone to use my lot in all honesty the grounds keeper I believe kept me informed wether it was going to be towed or not luckily it never got towed and I was able to get a new place and start fresh and I have them to thank a lot for this because they very well could have towed it causing an even bigger…

The lady at the front desk is a liar, very deceitful. My mother called about her rent payment and she told her that she had overpaid. My mother even called her back to make sure. She even asked her to send the a receipt over which the lady did. Half of the month goes by and she receives a letter from the corporate office stating she owes 1800 dollars and some change. She called back to the corporate office, and the office for the complex of course the lady for the apartment complex was nasty as usual. She acted like she hadn't sent the receipt over and that it was my mothers mistake not what…

She acted like she hadn't sent the receipt over and that it was my mothers mistake not what she had told her. The nerves of this human being if that's what you can actually call her. This apartment complex is supposed to be for the elderly that have low income residents. But now they are moving younger people in with kids or grandchildren. How is it that the younger people are the most disrespectful.People who are in their 40sand 50s are treating elderly people who are in their 60s,70sand 80s, like crap. The apartment coordinator that I'm talking about is rude and loud. The low score is what this place deserves. Even lower actually, they put people out in the cold without working with them or caring where they are going. I know it's a business. But compassion cost nothing.

the people in the office are terrible the woman at the front desk Julia, has an attitude when you call them and refuses to send you to any higher ups. They talk about the residents all the time and forge peoples signatures on documents so they don’t get in trouble. Maintenance so nonchalantly does their jobs by conversating and messing around not even getting the work done and when they do the work it just breaks down again. when we complain we get Julia at the front desk and won’t take any complaints.

I live in this wonderful place. The people are wonderful there’s plenty activities with the residents. The Maintenance Department is quick to make repairs

im in the process of moving back i miss it i hope my move will go okay from where im at the sooner i get from down here the better i had everything i needed and just up and moved i have lost so much since i moved away i miss having the grocery store close where i live now my neighbors wouldn't take you if you were dyeing i had excellent VA care and i miss my porch my life has been a nightmare since i left Marsh Ridge

Other than the nasty carpet and managements refusal to fix it, they are nice and quiet. The view from my lr window is wonderful. Small woods and lots of wildlife.

Its a nice place

It's a nice place, it has its ups and downs but the apartments are larger than most senior living complexes and each unit has its own washer and dryer. The common areas are furnished to encourage socialization. The biggest complaint I hear from residents is the geese. The management is in the process of cutting down the population in the right manner. It is close to a major grocery store which is walkable Had originally given 5 stars but changed it because now they are telling the seniors they can't work on puzzles in the common area. This is a big part of their socialization and every senior place has one. The residents are very upset over this. It is not the two ladies in the office Joy and Stephanie it is coming from the head office in Kalamazoo. So sad such a beautiful place has to have so many restrictions imposed on them.
