I have a relative in here and in the beginning he wasn't treated so good now he is everybody loves him friendly place friendly people
My dad went there was there for part of the night, rang for help and physically called out for help .the staff asked now what do you want ?he was having chest pains and was sent by ambulance to the hospital where he died. I'd like to thank the staff for there total unprofessional conduct. You are a disgrace!
My wife was in short term rehab for several months. She had a few setbacks. But, all the staff helped her get through those and come home. Pleasant View is a remarkable place. It is very clean and all the staff is oriented to helping the patient and they are very kind. They worked very hard to care for all and there were many activities to help patients feel better. We experienced no discrimination. We are so fortunate to have such a top quality facility in our community.
This is a very upbeat place who keep the patients in acting with many activities for them if they want. It is very clean. All around positive place for patients who can't live on their own.
My father Jerry lived at Pleasant View the last two years of his life. He was surrounded by a caring, compassionate staff, he had good food and great activities. I would highly recommend this facility. It is a very nice building filled with caring people. God bless
Not enough workers and not enough of them actually do that job. It’s definitely not the worst but not good. They’re extremely discriminative, ableist , racist, it’s ridiculous
I must say I am QUITE unimpressed with the care at PV. I have had more than one staff member have a HUGE attitude with my family and I. I was leaving one day after visiting my mom and she needed to use the bathroom, the person who answered the call light went in the hall to tell the aid and as I was walking out the aid drew a huge sigh and rolled her eyes and said “AGAIN?” This happened to my sister when she asked staff for bathroom assistance for my mom. Big attitude problems. My biggest concern is their absolute lack of care when I voiced my concern about my mom possibly having a UTI. They told me “no she doesn’t” when clearly the signs were there. This was on a Friday evening, I had to speak to the nursing supervisor who contacted the doctor to order a UA-which turned out to be positive for a UTI-go figure. THEN it was not until Tuesday of the following week that an antibiotic was finally given after I insisted on seeing the doctor. VERY subpar care. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the physical therapists I saw were conscientious and caring.
Its a great place to work, and to want your family to come and live. I am truly blessed to have found such a great work environment, that treats me like family.
