My mom was here for rehab and she was treated with dignity and such great care. She had to go multiple times to the hospital due to her INR numbers and hemoglobin levels and they constantly kept in contact with me while I was with her letting me know that could see the chart information and would track it for her return . They were very helpful and kind.

Riverside has been great for my sister this past year. She gets great care all around- from the nurses, the case manager, and the staff. They have made strides with her that I never thought would happen. The CNA’s are professional but down to earth and personable with the residents so they feel truly loved and cared for. They work hard and bust their butts to get everyone the care they need, and they are never paid enough for how hard their job is. I’m grateful to them for the hard work and commitment to coming back each day no matter how hard it can be.

Rude.

I had the pleasure of staying at Riverside after 2 injuries for physical therapy. The staff was so kind helpful during my recovery. I am 54 and didn't know what to expect going to therapy in a nursing home. I had daily sessions with a very professional physical and occupational staff. The 1st time I was there with a broken back and was able to return home after 2 weeks (the hospital arranged my recovery). I had a lot of downtime outside of therapy and I was able to witness how well the nursing home ran. I was very happy with my stay and when I injured my knee 1.5 years later I made it clear to the hospital that I wanted to go to Riverside for my therapy. I am writing this on the eve of my discharge again only 2 weeks after I entered the facility. I just can't say enough good things about my stay and about how the staff treated the residents. If I ever need to go into a nursing home Riverside would be my first choice. Very professional facility

0/10. Wouldn’t send my loved one here.

LaVonne(sp?) is incredibly rude. My family member I have in there is stating they staff are mean, and this makes me feel like she is telling the truth.

Our family would like to thank the entire staff of Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation Community for the care you provided to our mother. The detail to genuine, loving, human, professional care provided by this team far exceeded our expectations. We could not imagine how we would have ever made it through this difficult time without them. Being admitted into a nursing home for yourself, or a loved one, is a daunting task. However, the staff at Riverside displayed the most genuine loving care we could have ever hoped for throughout the day and night. Should I ever require nursing home care for myself, I hope it is this one or one exactly like this one and this team. These are truly exceptional people in every regard. Thank you. We will never forget your kindness. Again, thank you so very much!! The Leona Vontom family

Thee absolute worst nursing aide is Sammie. She belong with Special Olympics that's how far her compentcy goes. She is about the worst nurse I gave EVER encountered in my life. My Aunt lives there and she had to sit in her own waste and was buzzed many times to get someone to help her. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
