This place should close down!!! The staff are always on their phones. The clients are in the hallways hanging out of their wheelchairs and look like zombies. It smells horrible, the food is horrible, the staff are absolutely no help. I could go on and on but that will be in my report to the state. My loved ones will never be in this place.
I stayed there for a week and Deb was amazing it’s a shame she is so spread thinly she helps feed people does meds ect

This place is a MESS!! Nobody knew what they were doing or talking about! The room I was in was a mess trash was everywhere. The TV that was in my room was stuck on 1 channel and had no working volume! They also didn't give me my medication on time.I would give this place a 0 star if I could
The care my mother received was beyond expectations! Very great full for the care she received and for the staff that cared for her!
If my mom was given the same amount of attention as the staff spent looking at the cell phone, she would have been able to recover much faster. The floor in her room was cleaned ONE time in 4 weeks, the food is horrible. This place needs a complete state inspection. The location is great but everything inside this place is subpar. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS.
The Director of Nursing and the Administration is very unprofessional. They have no communication and lack of respect for their perspective employees. The worse experience of my life. They are very rude with lack of class and integrity. What a disgraceful facility.
