4.0 · 10 reviewsI am so impressed with Cranberry Park lately. The newer Executive Director Diana is doing a great job, its a very happy, inviting place to be around!
I moved my Mom into this community due to her heath declining unexpectedly. I’ve not seen her this happy in years! The staff do a fantastic job assisting her with all that she needs each day and truly care about their residents. The building is always clean, the care provided is excellent, and the meals are delicious. My Mom is usually “too busy” enjoying a variety of activities to step away from the fun she is having when we come to visit!
I am so impressed with the changes that have been made since my last visit. The place was very clean and the team made me feel very welcome. The manager was more than accommodating. I would encourage anyone looking for placement for their loved one to check out this community. You won't be disappointed.

I highly recommend this assisted living community! The staff is caring, compassionate, and truly dedicated to making residents feel comfortable, safe, and valued. It is clear that they go above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming environment where residents can enjoy life, build friendships, and participate in meaningful activities. The care and attention given to both residents and their families truly make a difference. A wonderful place with an amazing team!
Really impressed with Cranberry Park Grand Rapids. It has a welcoming, home-like feel and you can tell the staff genuinely care about the residents. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful. Great community and a great team!
I wish I could put zero stars....this place is absolutely disgusting. My loved one was there for a short time before I pulled them out for the absolute lack of care. The (then) Director made all these amazing promises....and none of them were true. The staff routinely wore pj's to work and flip flops or slippers. They "forgot" to bring my loved one meals to her room after we told them she preferred not to eat in the dining room. When we came to visit, she was always wet/dirty bc they never checked on her. My loved one needed to go to the hospital for a minor procedure and the nurses there were appalled at her condition and how dirty she was. While she was at the hospital, Cranberry neglected to secure her room and expensive items were stolen (either by staff or other residents). There was often trash on the floor in the hallways....I feel so bad for the residents that are still there and I hope their love ones can find somewhere else for them to live and be taken care of.
