4.2 · 68 reviewsFirst thing is how clean the facility is compared to others stuck out in my mind, friendly staff along with the many activities that the residents are able to participate in. Many new updated rooms I had noticed, also very close to shopping with many restaurants in the area are within walking distance. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you Daletron for the tour !
Being an assisted living facility, it doesn't totally meet my mother's needs because of her dementia and higher need for medical care. But she cannot afford a memory care facility. Hospice is helping with what VP does not provide. If it wasn't for my mother's dementia and age and need for the extra medical and physical care, VP would get a 5 star rating across the board. It is truly a lovely place.
I joined Care Cardinal’s team in 7/2022 Every experience has been rewarding. The staff in every department are caring and compassionate. At Care Cardinal Cascade we are not “like” family we are family!

Valley Pines Senior Living looked nice. The setting was very nice. There were nice views out the windows. The place seemed clean and quiet, but they weren't yet at full capacity. The people that showed us around were very pleasant. They said hi and acknowledged us. The double rooms looked like a pretty good size. The upkeep looked good, too.
Visit friend weekly/find unit and room clean/food includes variety..staff caters to preferences within limits-acceptable/laundry done on schedule-items returned/observe more staff supervision needed on weekends..resident pleased with placement/feels safe and getting help needed-recommend

I've told people I was glad we picked this one, we'd pick this facility again. We picked this community because it is small with wide hallways.
Great staff and very clean facility. Staff goes the extra mile to meet the needs of the residents. There are many activities for residents, in-house care is great, food is very tasty. The location is wonderful and it is easy for residents to walk to the nearest store for shopping
