4.3 · 21 reviewsOur power went out this week. It was very strange because the laundry room light was still on. But it made me think about in the dark without any way to get help. Should you need it and I’m thinking of very many needy people in here there should be one person on each floor that might check on everybody. This power outage took place in the evening. Office was closed. There was no one to assist that I was aware of. If you do have somebody on duty in case of an emergency, I think we should know about it. Very scary.
Tony was exallent. Very friendly and went right to work .He had the new blower exchanged i m no.time Very.nice young man
They came right when they were called, checked it out, found the problem right off and within 15 to 20 minutes the problem was fixed

We love these apartments for our brother. Very secure, clean, and friendly.
Work was performed great.
The work order was for caulking in the bathroom in the master bedroom and took several weeks to complete. There was a second work order to adjust the flush mechanism in the hall bathroom and this was finished within a few days. Both jobs were finished very well.
